Age Grouper of the Week: Jenny Timms has just knocked 1hr 40mins off her 70.3 PB going from 7hrs 31mins last year at HIMUK down to 5hrs 52mins at this years Wimbleball event. This combined with studying for her Phd and part time job is a great achievement and worthy in my opinion of AGOTW!!

Age Grouper of the Week: Peter Coulson wrote: I want to nominate my mate Smitty (Malcolm Smith) for age grouper of the week. His first Ironman in Australia in 2001, he did a 13:46 (40-44) After doing 9 Ironman’s over the last 8 years on Sunday in Japan he qualified for Kona for the first time.
