Discussion of the Week: Cookbooks and movies. Comment here

Age Grouper of the Week:

The Pirate Ship of Fools would like to nominate our Admiral Rosey (Nick Rose) as Age Grouper of the Week. Over the years Rosey has tirelessly offered advice to the Pirates on the Runnersworld tri. When Rosey finally got a Kona slot at IMUK last week you can imagine how pleased we were for him. http://img39.yfrog.com/i/f8bj.jpg/

IMTALK EPISODE 172

Discussion of the Week: Should people be able to take a slot in a lower age category when their time is higher than someone who fails to get a slot in an age category above? Comment here

Age Grouper of the Week: Jenny Timms has just knocked 1hr 40mins off her 70.3 PB going from 7hrs 31mins last year at HIMUK down to 5hrs 52mins at this years Wimbleball event. This combined with studying for her Phd and part time job is a great achievement and worthy in my opinion of AGOTW!!

Website of the Week: Ben Barnett wrote:I know its not IM related but you know John will just love this stuff and I'm sure others will as well. This guy has been posting up some old skool races from 1997 of the F1 series in Australia. Guys like Crowie and Macca used to race. See it here
