Age Grouper of the Week: The guys at the Sports Science Crew kicked butt at IMNZ. Rob Creasey and Daniel Plews were the 2nd and 3rd overall and Paul Laursen nailed the sub 10. These guys definitely do what they preach.

Age Grouper of the Week: Ken Young sent through Vaughan Hunt for this weeks Age Grouper. Vanghan had a crash in IMNZ but still managed to finish the race. After the race he had an X-Ray which showed he had a compressoin fracture in his back. Well done Vaughan.

News: Results from IM Melbourne and Hits Ocala, Andreas Raelert is racing IM Austria, ITU has increased their prize money, company is setting up in Boulder to appeal the working athlete. 

This Weeks Discussion: John was wondering: Should you have to do a 70.3 to prove your fitness and qualify for an iron distance race. This is not a speed test but a fitness WOF in light of the increasing amounts of deaths in races. Comment here.
