Age Grouper of the Week: Paul 'Silky Smooth' Williams send through this weeks age grouper, Daniel Nash. While Daniel is a triathlete he recently took on an amazing physical challenge where he played 24 hours of tennis for charity. He managed to raise $4500. He said it was 50 times harder than doing an Ironman.

Age Grouper of the Week: Lynette Gordon sent through her husband John as this weeks age grouper. John absolutely destroyed the 60-64 age group at IMNZ, beating his age group record by nearly 40mins with a time of 10:15. Well done John, you dominated the dojo.

This Weeks Discussion: Hypothetic question. If WTC were forced or chose to permanently cancel Kona and hold a world championship race in the middle east or Asia would you go? For arguments sake lets say the standard of age group competition would remain the same as Kona, all the pro’s would be there and the course would be suitably challenging. Comment here.

Age Grouper of the Week: Mark Livesey sent through his wife Caroline Livesey as this weeks age grouper. In the last twelve months Caroline has been dominating the dojo. She's won to IM age group titles and got third at the world champs in Kona. For this she won the AWA title. She's achieved this while doing a full time job and being a great wife.
