Lee 'Mystic Kaos' Gamble's Caveman Meal: 

Heat oven to 160c.

Put a big pot on medium heat.

Fry off 2 onions and 3 garlic cloves, chopped finely, in olive oil.

Chuck in 5 rough chopped carrots and the same amount of celery.

Chuck in 1kg diced gravy beef.

Add half bottle of red and 2 cups of stock.

Salt, pepper, rosemary and whatever else you like.

Put lid on and in oven for 3 hours.

Done.
