Age Grouper of the Week: The Mountain Snail sent through this weeks age grouper of the week, Dave 'Billy' Creamer. Dave has done IMNZ 10 times over the years and while he has been really close to qualitying for Kona he always missed out. Last year he managed to crack it and then he got to have his Kona experience. He's a real example of sticking at it until you achieve your goal.

Age Grouper of the Week: Ian "White Lightning" Hersey sent through this weeks age grouper, Tim Sheeper. Tim had a incredible year in 2013, winning lots of hard races. He's also a guy who has given back to the sport for over 20 years.

Age Grouper of the Week: Michael Sams sent through this weeks age grouper, Paul O'Doherty (aka POD). POD took on Coach John Newsom at the Auckland 70.3 a few weeks ago. The crew at the BRAT triathlon club told him not to come home if he didn't beat the coach. Well he not only beat the coach but manage to win his age group. Well done POD.
