Age Grouper of the Week: Matthew Binns sent through this weeks age grouper, Nicole Hart. Nicole managed to have the fastest age group run at the Melbourne IM. That's a wicked effort.

Age Grouper of the Week: Richard Swan has sent through this weeks Age Grouper of the Week, Natalie Gaskin (you'd think her husband Deano may have done this ;-). Natalie had to great races at the Auckland 70.3 and IMNZ. She managed to pick up her first Kona slot!

John's Recipe of the Week: John’s revised beetroot burgers.

1 beet; 1 onion; 1/2 cup breadcrumbs; garlic; Moroccan spic & cumin 1 tsp; Egg; 1/4 cup mint; 2 tins chic peas. 

Grate beet and fry with onion & garlic then add spices, Food process it all together and cool. Serve with avocado & mayo on fresh buns
