Matt goes over his experience at the 2017 Ironman World Champs through to racing this year. We also put his post race interview. It’s inspirational stuff.

Then we have top swim coach Karlyn Pipes on. When John and Bevan were in Kona they went to Karlyn’s swim school where Karlyn took John through a technique session. This session shares some great tips on how to swim more efficiently and effectively.
