Age Grouper of the Week: Rob Creasy is a local athlete who has kept on improving over the last few years. This has lead him to win his age group last weekend in Auckland, get a top 10 in IMUK and achieved a 9:17 in Kona this year.

Age Grouper of the Week: Candice Wissbroecker sent through her husband Tim for age grouper of the week. Tim got hit by a SUV in 2010 while out training. The accident almost killed him. Never one to be held back Tim managed to get back into training and went on to complete IM Madison in a time of 11:49:30. Well done Tim!

Coaches Corner: This week John covers why swimming with bands is important and then he gives tips on how to do it effectively.

Age grouper of the week: JM Storton sent through Erin Holmes for this weeks age grouper. Erin managed to win her age group at IM Canada and qualify for Kona. As well as doing this she managed to be the first swimmer, including the pros, out of the water. She went on to have a great Kona race as well.

Age Grouper of the Week: Iain sent through David Bartlett through for AGOTW. David had a great race at Regensbury with a 9:50 but what was really special about his race was that he was the first athlete out of the water, in front of the pros, in a time of 46:41.
