Age Grouper of the Week: Glen Newbold send through his sister Kelly Newbold as this weeks age grouper. Kelly quit her job and moved to Australia after deciding it was time to get healthy. Over the next year she trained and completed IMNZ. Over that time she lost 35kg and was proud to cross the line at IMNZ in a time of 16:40. Well done Kelly!

Age Grouper of the Week: Matthew Binns sent through this weeks age grouper, Nicole Hart. Nicole managed to have the fastest age group run at the Melbourne IM. That's a wicked effort.

John's Recipe of the Week: John’s revised beetroot burgers.

1 beet; 1 onion; 1/2 cup breadcrumbs; garlic; Moroccan spic & cumin 1 tsp; Egg; 1/4 cup mint; 2 tins chic peas. 

Grate beet and fry with onion & garlic then add spices, Food process it all together and cool. Serve with avocado & mayo on fresh buns
