Age Grouper of the Week: Matt Cowing sent through Richard Baker this weeks age grouper. Richard lost his wife Emma pulmonary embolism caused by DVT weeks before doing Lanzarote in 2011. He's going to be racing at the race this year where he will be releasing some of her ashes.
